Shipping policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your electronic purchase receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you the return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Products returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects or damage to the product, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exclusions/Non-Returnable Products
No exchanges are permitted.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your returned product and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and add it to your account.
